Faction rally.
See me and my friends miss the faction rallies. I wish they would bring them back, as a constant thing but do an event as the normal d2 rally was like. Where the best faction got a reward. But id like to work and get factions armors and all, but since they arent constant and its been so long. We will never get that chance again. Do you think the faction rallies should be a constant thing with time to time events?

1 ReplyThe last faction rally was shit tbh, weapon catalysts locked behind rank 50 and only one faction per account. Imo just bring back the factions as permanently available, each character can pledge to a faction, then have the monthly rallies where the winning faction gets a new pinnacle weapon or something

Faction rallies were absolute bullcrap. I want factions from D1 back, as permanent vendors with reason to level up.

No. Not Faction Rally. They should involve the Factions in several missions and be a part of the unfolding story. They should unlock the ornaments we earned from the Faction Rallies. Bungie won't like it but any new ornaments should be obtainable through each Faction leader. New weapons and/or random rolled older ones. But no Rally. Unless they have a friendly competition through SRL.

I want the old faction system back, and I think faction rallies should behave like double and triple infamy/valor events.

I just want Factions to go back to D1 and every like 2 months a rally happens to give you something a bit more special like an exotic ornament.

1 ReplyFaction rallies are a joke. They were poorly thought out and poor implemented. Just have factions back like in D1. Or better yet, have each faction have their own unique quest lines, bounties, and rewards. Disallow switching factions for a whole season so you have to commit. That would be much more interesting to me that some bogus faction rally with lopsided rewards.

1 ReplyJust let them be vendors with rank up packages. Worked fine in D1, didn’t need changing and the rally system wasn’t really that engaging. But if they could have a PVP mode that auto sorted by factions pledged in matchmaking and make the results impactful, then I would be all for it. Not how it was last presented.

1 ReplyI wish it would come back. Alternate with Iron Banner. Maybe toss in a PvP thing with it like IB such as all pistols like the scorch cannon event. That was exciting and a lot of fun. Maybe even toss a coin to your local Witcher but that's besides the point here. One day.. maybe it will come back?
