Bungie’s ignores all core issues and refuses to comment on them. Matchmaking and horrible RNG will kill this game. You either stomp or get stomped. You rarely have a good game. Every new light player I know has already quit and the trend will just continue. I know this is hard to believe as most people love having their time wasted flying into matches that are either over or about to be over. If you are lucky enough to begin a new match you are most likely facing a sweaty stacked team and get stomped or you are placed on the sweaty stacked team and do the stomping. Either way, it’s not fun and continues to demonstrate Bungie has NO IDEA what they are doing. Bungie’s motto should be “good enough”. They should be embarrassed at the long load times, horrible matchmaking, and garbage RNG. Bungie, in case you missed it, your few remaining players HATE getting constant duplicates, especially on Pinnacles. Unfortunately Bungie will continue to stay quiet as players continue to walk out the door. They have decided to gamble their future on the fan boys who are willing to accept “good enough” will continue to hang around and buy pride pins and cook books. Bungie, how can you be this lost as a company????

I agree. I don't care about which match making is used, just balance the teams. Premade fireteams should go against other premade fireteams, then you fill in the rest of the team.

Even in freelance, every game is a domination or get stomped lol

Welcome to Bungies playground, where the system wants you to keep a 50/50 win ratio. You lose some, you win some, but some of those wins and losses feel way too "rigged"

Bumping to say what I said the other day: premade fire teams should be put against premade fire teams! The rest of the team should be filled out after that.

This the largest issue facing the crucible currently and may be the largest contributor to the negative perception of many players of different skill levels. Unbalanced matches can happen in both CBMM and SBMM playlists, on top of the fact that high TTK gameplay(among OHK weapons), snowball mechanics like supers, and class/weapon imbalance leaves a lot of players feeling completely helpless, most of the time. It’s like every aspect of the game is driven by RNG, and while it does feel good to be on the giving end of a stomping, after a while, players looking to grow their skill in game, end up feeling as though the victories are hallow an unfulfilling. I wish more people would speak up about this glaring issue.
