It is hit by it, and stumbles back slightly, it recovers and extends a hand, you feel slowed...

*injects self with lifeblood to increase defense. Performs a dash slash.*

The shadow easily dodges it due to you being slowed, it swings it’s own sword to slash at you.

*shade cloaks through him with the sharp shadow charm equipped and performs a great slash.* [spoiler]sharp shadow causes enemies to take damage when shade cloaking through them.[/spoiler]

The unexpected manoeuvre catches the shadow off guard, it is heavily damaged and falls to the ground, it’s not getting back up...

*attempts to stab it through its neck.*

You do so without any resistance at all, “Thank you.” The shadow says before disintegrating. The room collapses, and reveals its true size, the man waits in the distance, staring at you. “I wondered where you went. I could hear it all, you know.”

*follows.* what was that all about?

“It seems you had a shadow of your own, from what it heard.” There’s a large staircase nearby.

*goes up the stairs.* what about you?

“I dispatched of it during my previous venture here.” You can hear a faint, familiar voice up above. “I did as you asked, so I demand you give me what I want!” The man walks up the stairs without saying another word.

Who's that up there? *follows.*

The man ignores you and keeps walking up. You both reach the top of the stairs and see a very familiar man, it was Fastman. Dark energy is flowing into him. The cloaked man stands beside you and looks at him. “Oh, you.” Fastman says, he likely sensed your presence. He turns around and the dark energy stops flowing into him. “Here to ‘take me in’, sheep?” Fastman says “You should know that none of this will matter in the long term, give it up.” The man says. “Ah, If only it was that easy to convince people, I have no intention of talking to you. As for you,” He points to you, “Don’t get in our way.” Fastman says, drawing his sword. “I will not kill you, as it will ruin our master’s plan, yet I will fight you as much as it takes in order for you to submit.” The man says, pulling out his chains. They stare at each other...

*draws nail.* I have faced worse struggles. Surrender will not come easy.

Edited by FastmanLeFast: 11/17/2019 4:05:48 PMThe man slashes at Fastman with his chains, who blocks it with his sword. Then fires a summoned sword in the distance and tricks to it, creating distance between you and the man and himself.

*throws several knives at fastman.*

He freezes them in a time bubble, then moves to the side and fires at you with his chaperone before redirecting his attention to the man, who has warped next to him and is about to slash him with his chains.

*activates vortex shield to catch the pellets and sends them back at him.*

(It’s a slug shotgun but same thing really) The bullet comes straight back at Fastman, which hits as he is busy blocking the man’s chains, and also wasn’t expecting such an occurrence. He groans in pain, “Rghh, scum.” He fires a summoned sword at your feet and warps to it, then he slashes at you with his sword.

*parries the attack and goes for a riposte.*

(Oh) He moves out of the way, but is slightly nicked by the blade. He fires a summoned sword away from the both of you and warps to it. The man throws a knife at Fastman.

*draws dex sybaris, a two burst lever action rifle and fires at fastman.*

Fastman focuses on dodging all of the projectiles heading his way, which he does successfully. Thr man slowly advances on him with his chains in hand.

*pulls out the slash brand and approaches.* [spoiler]the slash brand is a double duty weapon that can go from a large, two handed weapon to a pair of quick, smaller blades.[/spoiler]
