In D1 I played all three classes. The first year of D2 that was also easy to do. But ever since Forsaken I play pretty much only one character. Now that Shadowkeep is here and how much it costs to masterwork a single piece of legendary armor (never mind masterworking a single piece of exotic armor!!!!) I wonder if I can even play one character for 100%.
So I was wondering if there are still people playing all three classes. :)
Cheers!

Got them all to 950 and running pinnacles until I get tired of it then I'll just stay on my titan.
-
Sure all 3 every day 😉
-
I've only played one character, my Titan, through D1 and D2. What's worse is that I only play one subclass LOL. Sure, I miss out on some of the other subclass perks but I am incredibly comfortable with my sunbreaker. I do maintain individual armor and weapon loadouts for each destination or task like The Crucible and Strikes which makes Vault management easy since I'm only concerned about outfitting one class.
-
Yup all 3 - i 'assign' various paths/tasks to each - hunter was my forge-master, warlock the gambit-reckoning, titan did the crucible pinnacles like Lunas Howl etc. I only grind out hard quests once.
-
I do. Just for the raid though. Lot of weapons I want.
-
1 ReplyMy goodness. Lots of casuals.

I main my hunter but have all three evenly leveled. I will switch to another character when I get bored with my hunter though. I like having three characters so I can use different abilities. Kinda helps so the game doesn’t get so boring.

1 ReplyIf i could splint into 3 individuals so i can devote ourself to this demanding play or pay ongoing system, i could. I won't do it, regardless if met said requirement i could.
-
No, same for me. Only play my Hunter these days.
-
No.there isn’t enough weekly content for one character that I run now. The thought of three characters running the same content, shows to me that players should put this average game into perspective.....it’s not worth that much of your time. My opinion anyway.
-
1 ReplyI’m playing all 3 classes . . . And taking it up all 3 asses.
-
1 ReplyI play 2. A Warlock main and a Hunter when I get bored or want to play PVP in easy mode. Hunters.....so easy even a Titan can do it!
-
Me. I have all 3 at light level 962
-
1 ReplyNope not anymore, don’t have the time too.
-
I play all 3 to max level doing the activities i want to do. After all 3 are where i want them i play which ever one I feel like playing. Tonight I might feel like throwing nova bombs in guardians faces. Tomorrow I might want to throw hammers in strikes. You get the idea. I play what I want in a game I love.
-
I used to, faithfully, every week. Once Forsaken rolled around and the grind kicked in, I gave up playing all three and now just stick with my Hunter. I’ll try the other two out for kicks every now and then and keep them loaded up with higher level weapons, but no WAY do I have the time to grind out three characters-worth of activities anymore.

This game has classes? Since when. I thought I just got a press A for colorful death explosions in various shapes across painfully similar characters.

In related news, this works out at $160 a year to slightly speed up levelling your alts: https://www.pcgamer.com/you-can-now-boost-destiny-2-characters-to-power-level-900-for-dollar20/
-
I do, but only to level faster and get more raids in.

Edited by Northern: 10/24/2019 5:44:45 PMI only play two classes now and even that feels like pulling teeth. No plans to play any character after this season ends.
-
4 RepliesI try to, but man. It's like Bungie doesn't want you to do that anymore.
-
I always do all the new stuff with all 3 characters, mostly the story. Hunter will be forever main.
-
1 ReplyIt’s pretty easy to maintain 3 once you get them up now with new light. No way do I do everything every week in all. I don’t do that in my main.
-
I mostly play on my Hunter. But I still like to hop on my Titan and Warlock every now and again.
-
I play all 3 almost equally and now I fell behind on the Eris quests about her fireteam.
-
In D1 I stuck mainly to one, then created a second way late in the game. D2 I started with 3, but now only spend any effort on 1, until I hit that grind wall which will occur in about a week or so. Then off to something with more replay ability and content.
