Not true, just because something is not tied doesnt mean soemthing is untied, a rock a not dead because it was never alive, velcro has never been tied, therefore it cannot be untied it simply isnt tied.

Ok, by that definition, Velcro shoes, if the Velcro is together, are fastened and therefore not untied. My Velcro is fastened.
