Make Recluse Exotic
I think I speak for maybe not the majority, but a good deal of players in that I'm sick to absolute death of this weapon. Sick of it.
However I don't want it removed from the game as that sets a terrible precedent and I'm not sure I'd want it nerfed either. But you (Bungie) can make it exotic so that you have to at least make a choice by putting it in your loadout. Because right now being as powerful as it is, it being Legendary with the ability to put a mod on it, and still having a spot available for an Exotic is too much. There's almost zero reason not to have it in your loadout.

15 RepliesThere is a great reason not to have it in your loadout. Its called RESPECT. Mine will never leave collections again, i refuse to abuse it to kill new light players 24/7 like the sweatlords in quickplay. New season New Weapons.

21 RepliesIt's going to get nerfed (again...🙄) simply because everyone won't shut up about it. I just got mine this morning, then went and played about 10 games of IB. It didn't magically make me go from average at best to Legend grade, so I'm not sure what the fuss is about. I was doing just as well with my Bad Reputation.

Hand cannons are dead. You can either grow a vagina grab mida and head to the back of map with the other dyck holders or you can ape with recluse. I choose to ape. See you in the crucible.

It's the best pinnacle weapon to get in my opinion and with the easier passage to 2100 everyone can totally get it, worth the grind, fantastic in PvE as well Edit: I was using Hero's Burden last night an this morn, I was just as effective in IB as when I used Recluse. It dropped for me so I tried it out. For what it's worth.

No. They failed with this strategy in d1 when they tried to make black hammer an exotic with the same nerf and called it lack spindle and now whimper of the worm. Recluse being spammed is rhe consequence of listening to the whiners of thd community and made pinnacles extremely easy to get. We already lost the continued creation of pinnacles enough catering to the weaker minority.

Recluse is a piece of junk and now it’s been buffed to act like a freaking auto rifle! Nerf it is ridiculous, it wasn’t this good when it came out and explain how it’s now killin from far! It has NO RANGE! Joke

Meh i find recluse to be annoying to wield. Its only good if you get a kill with another weapon. I actually had more fun with Some of the D2 year 1 submachine guns.

One must get a kill before one becomes a recluse. Otherwise one remains the same as everyone else.

Yes let’s make that exotic and on top of that let’s make all the pinnacle weapons exotic just because it’s exotic doesn’t mean it won’t be used but I agree with you it shouldn’t be abused

You just don't know how to defend against it I use it in all honesty it doesn't need to be exotic in fact it does take skill to use it. When I originally came across it sure I was being stomp on but after a while I had a defense against it. It was either use last word, antelope or use a shotgun of some kind to take them out.

I'm on the fence with making it an exotic. Honestly, I really don't see it that often in crucible at all. Mostly it's fusions. Rucluse is my go to in PvE, rather than PvP. That's where I think it shines.
