Sure you don't see it all that much in PvE but it's very noticeable in PvP. Even with a solid 6 in Mobility and Traction perk my turns and body movements have become clunky, slow and highly unresponsive. Before, with the high Mobility and Traction, I could move with ease and felt unburdened.
Sooo.....what happened? There is definitely something Off about this whole thing.

I mean...transverse steps works fine. And I found traction so it is quite ....fun
-
39 RepliesAnyone saying they main warlock and that they seem fine is a liar and probably plays hunter as their main.
-
It’s across the board. Traction was tuned down and things feel sluggish again . :(
-
when the armor specs got changed i went from 10/10 resilience to 60/100. that 40% loss, probably the same for mobility.
-
They are making warlocks useless
-
Excuse me but it's hunters that lack speed
-
7 RepliesLower your mobility, it doesn’t increase sprint speed. Put on transversive steps. Put on burst glide. WARLOCK SKATE. And there you go you’re faster than any hunter now go have fun being speedy
-
People are saying that Bungie tried to tune Traction, but ended up breaking the perk. It currently doesn't boost turn radius or sprint speed. I've seen this going around the forums but I can't personally confirm.

Edited by Atreuss: 10/10/2019 2:26:28 PMI think we all have. Titans and hunters too. Just doesn't feel the same anymore. This is the "Go Slow" expansion.
-
What ever you say, I got first place in the crucible with a warlock
-
PvP feels exactly the same to me as a Warlock, meta and all. If you're getting wrecked by 140 and 150 hand cannons though, those seem to have been improved by quite a bit. Austringer in particular. Maybe that's not it, but just saying.
-
Yeah I’ve noticed this and just lately that my warlock is feeling a bit sluggish ...... it like it went out for drinks with my titan and still suffering a hangover🤒
-
1 ReplyI haven't noticed anything. Are you sure you're not using a different jump?
-
1 Reply-blam!- they can sure out run/glide my arc staff and purple blade dancer pretty easily for being as “slow” as they are
-
Good.
-
7 RepliesI believe that has to do with mobility stats. They have definitely changed how it works and scales so you are going to have to invest alot into mobility but I wouldn't recommend it. Do you have mobility mods?
-
4 RepliesEdited by DiZ: 10/10/2019 8:01:49 AMThe current stat builds aren't equivalent to where they were pre-Shadowkeep. We know that 30 of a stat in Shadowkeep is equal to what was previously 0 in Forsaken, so any lower, and you've got less than that old value. The old and new maximums are the same as each other, but in between 30 and 100, we just don't know. Personally, I don't feel much of a difference at all. My armor stats were really low after the expansion dropped, but after experimenting with high and low Mobility and Recovey values, they feel the same as they were before depending on where you're at(high end vs. low end). Edit: Apparently, I was wrong about it affecting all stats across the board. That's only true for your Grenade, Melee ability, and Super cooldowns; not Mobility, Resilience, and Recovery.

Everyone has, really.

1 ReplyAlways do warm up and stretching exercises prior to any strenuous physical activity. It helps loosen up the muscles, allowing you a slightly greater level of agility. For running related activities, I suggest going with the larger muscle groups, such as the calf stretch followed by the hamstring stretch. For turning during running, since you also use your core muscles, I recommend you do some side abdominal stretches. Stretch for about 20 seconds each side, and repeat for both. End the stretching with 30 jumping jacks to help get the heart rate up and ready for the run. Hope this helps.

6 RepliesWarlock main here. Nothing has changed at all, I can still outrun every super.(except strikers) Feels fine to me.
-
With Transversive Steps and Recluse out I can outrun every other class.
-
lightweight weapon, transverse steps + traction. You preferably want high mobility Use burst glide. After you jump and get the initial burst, cancel the rest of the jump. Its not as good as it was in d1 but you'll still get around pretty quickly.
-
5 RepliesI have no idea what the Traction perk is part of (I'm assuming it's an exotic that I forget exists) but as a Warlock main myself, the speed feels same as ever.
-
14 RepliesWarlocks are so weak in destiny lmao. Ive been a warlock main since the dark below i know when my warlock is playing like a 🐱
-
1 ReplyDoes the look at the ground and dash forward boost still work?
-
I kind of like how I feel about my Warlock. But I do feel like I was faster in D1. But that doesn't mean I don't like the feel.
