More than 90%. I can name good ones on one hand. Crown of Tempests, Ophidian Aspects, Geomag Stabilizers, Transversive Steps. Can’t even add Lunafactions any more.
Get out your other hand.
Phoenix Protocol, Astrocyte Verse, Nezarac’s Sin, Sunbracers, Contraverse Hold.
Lunafactions are still gonna be good, you act like because they won’t insta-reload your weapon they’re trash tier by default. You can only squeeze so many people behind a single rally barricade, and it’s not like you get bonus range for being behind one.
Luna faction boots:
ALCHEMICAL ETCHINGS
Your Rifts gain the additional ability to automatically reload allies' weapons.
Luna faction never boosted range. That was radiant well.
Phoenix protocol received a nerf along with skull of ahamkara.
iirc, nezaracs sin was nerfed twice. It's almost trash tier. Tbh I dont remember the last time I used it. Maybe early year 1 of d2.
Phoenix Protocol is still good, don’t care if it was nerfed or not. Skull of Ahamkara got skull--blam!-ed, it didn’t get as good a treatment as other super-return exotics.
Nezerac’s got nerfed in vanilla D2 then received a buff to the amount of time you can stack its perk for. 20 consecutive seconds of increased ability and super recharge rate is great in PvE, but not as easy to achieve in PvP.
On the topic of Lunafaction boots: I love when I get to be right about something, because then it results in the person replying with the utmost [ignorant] confidence to eat their own words.
Read the entirety of the perk on Lunafactions again and get back to me. But for real this time.

First, thank you for giving me a better source of information. I am grateful and will make a mental note to not use the other source in the future. I simply feel as though with the way bungie go about things is that warlock abilities and exotics are an after thought to bungie. Whilst sounding good on paper, execution is poorly delivered. Take exotic item the stag for instance. Deploy healing rift on death. Chances are, if you are dead, you were over run due to bad game sense. Why would you want your team mate in pve or pve to come to a bad spot so they'll get killed too? I would go so far to say worst exotic item in the game period. Take apotheosis veil. Regen health on super cast as well as all abilities. Who pops their super near death? Maybe supers that are one and done like blade barrage or nova bomb and the like but would you run it over any other exotic that would complement your play style or class? No. Wings of sacred dawn. Float and be a team shot target and its no use in pve at all. Vesper of radius. Deploying a rift sends an arc shockwave. Sounds pretty cool until you realise it can only kill red bar dregs and the like. I think it does 20% damage to a Guardians shield if deployed right next to them. And by that, I mean you have to be on top of them. Yea, that a good idea, let me deploy a rift to damage you 20% and in doing so get shot gunned in the face and t bagged. Verity's brow. Why use this when nezaracs sin is better in every way. They do the same thing but verity's brow only does grenades whilst nezaracs sin does all abilities. (Thank you for letting me know that this got buffed btw, I'll give them a go today and see if it's any good) Winters guile. Melee kills grant extra melee damage, stacks x5. Sounds great! Except we have only 4 seconds to find something that's killable with a melee and float our way to them and hit them to be granted this buff... 4 seconds. I think even a hunter or titan would hard pressed to achieve this. This used to last 20 seconds and just be a melee damage, not kill. Hell, at this point I dont want any new exotics for the warlock. Chances are, they'll be trash class anyway. I couldn't care less if the hunters and titans got new exotics and warlocks didnt if bungie would just restore or rework some of these. Also, warlocks dont have restore super energy on kills exotic of any kind. Nothing like gwisin vest or doom fang pauldron. Not all classes are the same I get it but what makes the warlocks different from the others? Whilst dawnblade is amazing on pc and I've seen streamers to some real cool shit, it's pretty much impossible to that on console.
