If someone asks you to send nudes and changes their mind saying that it was unwanted they can now have that person fined and/or arrested? If a text log exists saying the person "asked for it" (pls send nudes... etc.) that proves it was wanted... What if the person alluded to nudes, the other person misinterpreted and sent the nudes... can the receiver have that person jailed? I can see where this law will lead to some wastes of law enforcement/ justice system resources.
