Start the heroic mission on Titan. After you kill the Shrieker go to the room on the left. On your right is a machine with a fallen transponder. Once you have it you're going to a few lost sectors. IN ORDER. (At least, I'm pretty sure they have to be in order) You're looking for more transponders, they look like little glowing disks. On the EDZ it's The Drain, Whispered Falls, The Atrium and Widow's Walk. Then on Nessus it's The Carrion Pit and The Rift. After that head to the Farm for the rendezvous. It'll be the location swarming with all the other players.
