Topic body...let's raise our voices to end this....the fact that we have to use the little cores we have for infusion and we even barely get cores to begin with...either cores are made easy to acquire or removed from infusion......well this was bound to have an opposition faction.....Bungie it's about time you did something...can't you hear your people's humble cry...1800+ guardians and yet still bungie is doing the bird box challenge.

Cores should only be used for master works only. Bad enough hard to get, but having to use them to infuse is a pain. Raise the glimmer price and call it good.

I notice Bungie is ignoring you guys again. 1700 upvotes and still radio silence from the devs. Great communication as always.....NOT!

Keep up the fight!!

Cosmo already brought this to the team and are talking it over of what should be done. If anything we are closer to having them removed than ever. This thread isn't gonna help anything other than show more dislike of the idea.

Bump!

10 RepliesWOW, I still can't believe there is no word from a Mod saying they showed this. At least let us know?

This thread gives me hope.

5 RepliesI still chuckle out loud at the mention of “Enhancement” Cores. The notion that changing the name from “Masterwork” to “Enhancement” was going to validate the underhandedness of this move by Bungie is beyond ludicrous.
-
Totally agree. What an unfun and unnecessary mechanic

6 RepliesAt very minimum the current possible cores per day we can obtain through bounties or direct purchase from spider need to be obtained in content people want to play strikes/raids/forges/pvp not bounties that take longer than the content you actually want to play. Even then that’s just my compromise. I hate cores for infusion period. I’m used to a d1 style of upgrading where you can upgrade and try a multiple amount of builds without screwing yourself for the future. The final economy in d1 to me was perfect. I even liked keeping weapons where they need to be upgraded to gain the perks. And if you played enough you had motes of light which was basically stored xp for gear and weapons.

2 RepliesEdited by AubsTheBelieber: 1/30/2019 11:42:57 PMIt’s not that they can’t hear, it’s that I recently posted evidence of them deleting top ten trending topics multiple times to hide how many people are upset about Cores, and/or the Cores only signifying a greater problem of Bungie not caring. I literally just had a post with screenshots to back up my claim. It’s just a matter of lottery level luck to happen to be on the forums the minute they are removing any trending topic about Cores to hide people from seeing how much they really don’t care or listen. You wouldn’t believe how the forums look when they haven’t deleted posts for a bit and the entire trending section is consumed by how everyone actually feels, and not just random topics. There’s millions of posts on these forums, ten to fifteen trending, but completely different posts, about Cores are the only ones ever deleted to make the forums seem like it’s posts about issues they don’t know about, and not evidence that they do and ignore it.
Only posts about issues proving they don’t listen get deleted (cores). We could literally have the top five posts be about us not liking Minecraft when it became popular cause we are just so hipster that it hurts and it wouldn’t get deleted.
7 RepliesI already gave feedback on this, and I am with you all in having it removed just from infusion. For now, I do not infuse anything until max light, which is currently 650 until the next increase. I do tend to do the "core-free" infusion for same name items if it fits my need, though. The rest of my stash goes to MW weapons that has the rolls I want and armor that has the stats and looks I want.

7 RepliesQQ. Learn how to use the cores and everything will be fine. Or whine like a pathetic child who refuses to learn. It’s absolutely pathetic how people refuse to learn demand changes that would worsen the game.

23 RepliesInfuse once a week to save cores. I don’t get how anyone has a problem , unless you are one of those that has to have everything now and can’t wait.
