Only players enjoying competitive are the stacked teams killing solo players bungie
First off I want to apologize to the teams I played with today. I have my OFF and ON day and this was a way OFF day, and the teams we fought were way better and we were all solo.
Second, if there are any solo players out there having a blast playing competitive, hats off to you, but I for one am having the worst time, even on my ON days.
I really wish bungie had took into consideration the tittle, the paid recoveries, and the ridiculous lfg posts. I know there are players out there who will say I should make my own lfg post, but players are looking to play with the best, and for most of us getting good (or should I say god) isn't an option, no matter how hard we try. I just cant see how a full team VS solo could be considered as fare. This isn't competitive, and the only reason some players like the way things are is because they can go in and get free kills. They should be fighting other teams and solos should fight solos. I'm not sure why rumble and double isn't considered as competitive.
I wish the Comp quest steps were more geared more towards the competitive game modes themselves and not what we have. Anything that has to do with playing the objective would have been more bearable. Currently players are quitting, are trying to get HC headshots not playing the objectives. Really I wish most of the quests were structured better and were on like some sort of checklist so that we knew everything we had to do.

Those are just a few examples. I cant get pass brave rank no matter how hard I try....and trust me I am trying. I go from 300 to 500 back to 300. There is no way I'm reaching the required rank.

I swear nothing but re[b]tar[/b]ded idiots work at that company. You're -blam!-ing banning people for quitting matches but turned around and matched solo players against -blam!-ing teams, and on -blam!-ing top of that they don't even have -blam!-ing mercy rule? So if your team does quit on you you're getting shit on the whole match. No life virgins in a comment like it that way because free kills, you don't have skill if you can't do that again another full team at your skill level. How can you feel like a beast if your not truly being tested? I didn't even buy this -blam!-ing DLC and Im pissed playing, or the game, and I wont be buying shit from these idiots. "why are you so mad if you didn't buy it" I didn't buy it, didn't say I didn't play the bullshit a bit. Trying to help out a buddy and I don't see why he plays. Game has had nothing but problems since It released in 2014 and It only going to repeat the same mistakes....Cant even call them mistakes because they almost look intentional.

Got to fabled yesterday. I'd say you can solo up to 1500, but then you definitely need a team after that. Hang in there and just keep trying!

I agree I mean either change the way ranking points are earned or stop hitting those that can’t get a stacked team I mean having to play with crappy blueberries who suck hurt your rank needs to be changed give us players a ranking system like valor more wins more ranking points a loss gives you less ranking points I can’t even enjoy forsaken to its fullest due to the fact that i get blue berries who sabotage games

1 ReplyBungie's matchmaking is the terrible piece here. Yesterday got matched against team of 4 and 2 people left during flight in. Of course 4 against 2 and lost my 5 streak and 30 points. Game penalizes people when their random teammates leave....good job bungie. Way to go with the horrible point system to punish players that stay in a game due to poor matchmaking (doing the right thing), bad behavior of random team mates who leave, and not allowing new people to join a game. How about also not letting level 20 and lower join competitive? They cannot run most good weapons or armor and are a detriment to team mates.

There are millions of people all over the world playing Destiny 2. That is more than enough of a base to have a solo que. Only reason I can think they don't want to do it, is because of the non-existent servers. They should have a solo que anyway.

3 RepliesI think it's been much easier this season. Getting the Not forgotten is another thing though... that's gonna be out of reach for many people! But getting the Luna is pretty doable in my opinion, I got one and I'm terrible at sweaty comp play style modes. Just go in with a team of any size and play your life. Stop them from dominating the heavy and play your super smart. Most importantly farm those quest kills when you have an easy match because once I got to fabled it was pretty hard to get the precision HC final blows. Determination.

I did fine in comp when I wanted to get my S3 crucible ornaments. Wasn't wasting time on Claymore since it was such a bad gun. I LOVE the comp matchmaking. I just hate the objective based game modes. Haven't touched comp any this season because Luna isn't really worth it either in the Pulse/Spades meta. But if they'd throw a Clash or Control match in between all those 4v4 sweatfests, I would gladly use comp as my sole means of queuing. Some of my best moments and experiences overall came out of competitive playlist. Rank ain't shit. But that experience is EVERYTHING 😍

1 ReplyY'know? I don't even mind the 4 stacks, if you are lucky you get good people on your team but you are indeed in a dissadvantage. Wanna know the worst part about comp? Disconnects... I went with a team of friends and all we get is disconnects from each other. mostly just 1 of us or a couple of us. I can barely finish a single match. A SINGLE -blam!-ING MATCH for the claymore quest. I have already lost hope for me ever getting Luna because I don't get accepted due to my score. I get it, I am not the greatest pvper ever, but I am not your average blueberry either. I got enough trials flawless to make myself above that. But hey, I am still shit compared to them. So finding a team is no option either. TL;DR: Bungo's "advanced" pear-to-pear is BS and they should take note from For Honor, they wanted to make the game more competitive? Introduce -blam!-ing servers.

Solos tend to get stomped in any competitive mode, in any competitive game. That’s why it’s comp. Try CSGO solo queuing. 😂

They are with 10 k/d 7k/d my team are 0.3 0.4 how did I got teams up with ppl like them in not a sweaty or PvP god

3 RepliesProblem isn’t stacks vs solo players. Problem is matchmaking. When i go solo, i get paired with potatoes unable to go positive or lv 26 vs pvp gods. When i group up with a decent player, we got match against full teams of try hards. When i go full team with clanmates, we get matched against the ultimate cyborg pro mlg world top 500 solo players. Go figure...

I don't play competitive because there's no solo queue. It's close to getting that way for gambit too tbh.

Started grinding comp today it went ok was on roughly 400 now I'm at 800 odd still a long way to go, as solo player we all feel the same way, wanting and trying to do well so have your teammates back not saying teamshot lol but stick together if it's objective mode like setting charges. I know it's going to get sweatier I'm going to get saltier especially with shoulder charge and shotguns, the mini nova bomb too. Personally I think movement still needs improving so it's less floaty and the vague radar needs to be addressed. All the best to us grinding comp, have fun get salty keep grinding don't give up don't back out 😤

Everyone agreeing with the stacked issue, make a separate post so bungie see it. Getting sick of these stacked teams 24/7 it's a community game where the only community is crucible is toxic stream watching meta users no individuality. I have made s few posts myself but I encourage others to do the same. Using the community excuse is like forcing emo's in a room of chavs.

I'm not bothering with any competitive related quests. I did the 25 games for the Redrix quest, I just got it out of the way. Seeing the rank go up and down isn't my cup of tea.
