Yup, did a bunch today and all dropped at 500. Just came here to check. Thanks for confirming, I won't waste my time tomorrow doing the 3 story missions again. Moving on to the dreaming city finally.

Edited by Flake: 9/10/2018 10:19:46 AMDreaming city is also bugged just to watn you. I did 2 of my weeklies, plus an offering to the queen and all dropped at 500 way below my level. All world random prime engram drops were capped at 500 too.
