NPC's engrams not changing
Two of my characters Titan and Hunter both stuck at 304 have had no progression in weeks. The NPC's are not changing the power level on the hour and half hour they are stuck at 294 along with all other engrams. My Warlock the NPC's are changing but never above 299, same with engrams.
Am I not understanding something or doing something wrong? Everybody I watch an clan mates are having no issues. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

9 RepliesEdited by dc213baseball: 11/7/2017 12:34:36 AMThe engram level will only change if/when the character is 300 w/o mods (305 w/ mods). This has been my understanding, at least, and what has been reported by users on reddit who supposedly did some research on the matter.

2 RepliesThe EDZ had 300 engrams yesterday they are changing you are just not on when they do.

No ledgendary mods equipped that's what has me baffled.
