Ive been away from this game for a few months. I think it was dumb of them to remove special ammo on death. It just allows teams to completely steamroll the other team with no counter to supers or their own special. These nerfs are out of control.

I remember when there was a real meta that required skill to kill people. Sidearms were the worst idea for Bungie to put into the game.

Playable up until tonight. I literally completed my iron marathon on losses. Lag was horrendous.

22 RepliesIB is broken. If you are not running Hand Cannon, sidearm setup, you are losing. No primary is competing with hand cannons, again..... Nothing is competitive against sidearms. It's a two shot kill, and they have one of the fastest triggers of anything. It's pretty freaking stupid what they did with the last patch.

29 RepliesI just don't understand. First, people cry for an auto rifle nerf and then get it only to cry about it. Then people cry for snipers to be nerfed, same thing. Then shotguns are cried about and then their nerf, more crying. Now sidearms? Come on people. I agree that the change to special ammo really put a hurting on special weapons with sidearms being relatively untouched. Now I've been using sidearms since before all of these special weapon nerfs and they have always had this kind of power. It just took several nerfs to get people to use them to realize it. Now you people are crying for its nerf because it's good now only after EVERYTHING ELSE that could beat it has been nerfed. Just where do we draw the line? How about a readjustment of the special ammo economy so that all special weapons can be used without their over-use?

I will be in the top 3 by kills but because my own team takes my crests, pushing me out of the way, forcing them, I end up in the lower half. I get it when a person cannot get the crest. I have found at times two crests, one my team and one the opponent, they killed each other. I'll take it. But I actually step aside when I know it was someone else's kill and let them grab their crest. I think I took another person's kill crest twice by accident because I ran right into it without realizing it was there until too late. The Memory of Scorri hasn't been nerfed yet? Because I see now why people are so pissed by it. I was playing with random against a non random team of mostly Titans and their supers were coming up nonstop. On top of that I was being polite at first. I saw a person standing hidden and assumed they were afk or changing weapons so I didn't shoot them. Now I know they were using Memory of Skorri. But I like Iron Banner. I was using Suros Regime before it got buffed. I use the weapons I use most in pve because I am used to them. So even if my weapon choice isn't the meta I use it. Funny I have been using sidearms.for a long time before the update. :-)

I'm not having any issue in Iron Banner (or Crucible). This Iron Banner has been fun. Don't need the loot, just play for the experience and as a tradition getting to rank 5. I am enjoying Supremacy Iron Banner. I enjoy team work, team play, and contributing to a team.

Get your shit together Bungie. I'm also experiencing the no hit detection on melee. Then my ability has been used up, and I get killed.

Played liken 10 ib matches. Expext a few lag this was the BEST IB experiencei had so far. Why do people with shit internet complain?

1 ReplyDon't reduce ice breaker damage no reason to when it has on of the lowest aim assist/target acquisition. Side arms don't need to 4 hit #wormwood, nerf wombo combo it has the fastest time to kill besides rockets.

Where have you been that's been a thing for about a year or more now. Reduce ice breaker damage rofl and lose the exotic perk that make the only balanced gun in the game viable on death useless..... what else will you kids complain about. It killed me nerf it.
