Unless they have Dedicated Host Servers for Destiny 2 for ALL Activities, I will not buy it.

60 RepliesDestiny does have dedicated servers. Do your due diligence before forming an opinion. Unless you know what "bubble" and "activity host" mean as they relate to Destiny, please don't bother responding. Just continue to spout the salt party line and move along.

54 RepliesEdited by Woodtoad01: 12/28/2016 2:42:52 AMLet's just start a list. Destiny 2 needs: An actual story Dedicated servers Player trading (excluding exotic/ unique weapons) Actual balance between weapons, subclasses etc. Intricate boss mechanics, not bullet sponges Better loot system (not a grind fest) Larger pvp maps(this is why shotguns r so dominant) Ingame recruitment system Better way of presenting lore (maybe an ingame grimoire system) Tougher punishments for cheaters (ddosing lagswitching etc.) CBMM Keeping all content relevant (when they released TTK and all yr1 weapons became practically useless) better pve feedback, less focus on crucible crybabies Not nerfing everything when it's time for a "rebalance" Overhaul of the weapon perks system. Let the game run at 60fps More locations Larger fireteams (maybe 8-10 people) Better character development (cayde was a start) More focus on endgame content Rotating vendor rolls More guardian vehicles Let us actually fly our ships A larger emphasis on factions Better character creator options Armed sparrows, vehicles etc. (like a summonable Pike) Custom arms day weapons Fewer reskins , give us something new Let us change our characters appearances! I will be editing this. Feel free to add.

This is sad. The original destiny was so terrible it left its problems (the list) for destiny 2. And now it's so long I doubt Bungie will even contend to half of them
-
The list of things D2 needs is too damn long
-
It would be nice... ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ

No dragging hit boxes. No overshields on player revives. Buildings and doorways not made for elves. Well developed movement system.

Edited by Moltrase98: 12/29/2016 2:16:52 PMBe nice but never gonna happen also bring back the year -1 story which was scrapped before year 0 so current story had only 1 year of development kinda explains all the cut content
-
3 RepliesDestiny 2 needs new devs.
-
I'd settle for a proper story, and no lies to push preorders.
-
-
60 fps would be nice too.
-
Dedicated wam

What about the warlock rez in trials making the round last till the capture point comes up even when all 3 members of the other team are dead. What's up with that? Happened to me Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

4 RepliesAs much as I completely agree with this, I can confirm that this will not happen. Proof:
This game is owned by Activision.
-
5 RepliesBungle have never had dedicated servers unfortunately....I don't know why they aren't piggy backing of the COD servers that Activision already has in place Seems strange why this isn't a thing
-
30 hz tickrate would be a nice improvement
-
Yes and 60 fps

2 RepliesEdited by Hazethemadman: 12/27/2016 7:21:52 PMBut... that would mean making less money. The guys at bungie and cavemen at activision would rather burn someone at the stake than lose money.

More chance of platting piss in a hurricane.

Destiny 2 will not be much different than 1. Why would that be? Simple, D1 was a huge financial success. From a business perspective they will not change what is not broken, and will use the D1 template that already exists.
-
Destiny 2 needs too many things to list, but it won't happen unless Bungie makes a change in design personnel first. The ideology behind their decisions is skewed so no matter what you do about PvP servers and PvE content, it's going to be -blam!-ed up.

1 ReplyNo chance. A shame because there will be players looking at D2 and thinking do I want to be DoS'd out of Trials, do I want to lose to lag switching wankers, do I want to be killed 5 seconds after killing that red bar? Say no and not buy it.
