Silver glitch query failed

Hey BUNGIE for the past days I got my Xbox 1 with destiny and I've been trying to buy some emotes but when I go to Ever verse she just says query failed and doesn't let me purchase silver how do I fix it

happens to me on my second ps4 also. i just buy it in the ps4 store, but it would be great to find out how to change that...
