Wanna nerf something, nerf the stormcaller!

Screw the titan nerf. Nerf the damn stormcaller. That super lasts sooooo long. Cut it in half. Pathetic how bad bungie is at this crap. Let me clarify, I don't care that the titan is getting nerfed. I'm just saying the stormcaller needs it's duration reduced. I love how serious you all take this. It's one small thing. The duration of the super should be reduced. Only the sunbreaker, which is nerfed now, can get over 5 kills easily except the stormcaller which can get well over 5. You shouldn't be able to kill a whole team and the find then spawn and do it again. So the common sense thing to do is reduce how long the super lasts. Ps, hunters are gonna be mad when the new exotics drop and titan can evade.

  • Man, I've been [i]melee killed[/i] while in Stormtrance. Go punch a Sunbreaker in the face during Hammer of Sol, even after the nerf. Let me know how that works out for you. Transcendence is an add killing machine. Don't nerf it for PVE because of PVP.

        • Oh god I'm laughing hard at this. I know this doesn't work as well against Sunbreakers, but have you tried shooting the Warlock? It's a crazy idea but it works about 103% of the time.

        • It's a perk that makes it last that long. They give up a couple other awesome perks and have to wait for their melee and grenade to be fully charge to make it last. Get over it.

            • In order to have stormtrance last long enough to be an effective roaming super, we have to perk into it which means we can't use grenades or melee before the super. This is pretty fair as it hurts our non super game, or if we want to super without fully charged grenades and melee, we wasted a perk. Ionic blink is also a must in pvp. This balances the long duration as ionic blink eats up the super bar. Storm trance is only good at a weird close-mid range. If you see one coming at long range, they're easy to kill and the blink is highly predictable. At close range, shotgun melee takes it out. They also can't one shot you like blade dancer does, giving you time to trade kills. Stormtrance is only OP if they catch you in that sweet spot, your team is grouped up, and everyone decides to run instead of shoot. Play smarter and try jumping; storm trance can't shoot straight up.

              • It is called Transedence. We have to wait for are grenades and melees to be charged. That's why we wreck in mayhem. It's either that or infinite melees with feedback. Give it some added range or chaining and we have an op melee God. So you choose, a long super or infinite melees

                We stormcallers have 23 seconds of stormtrance but when we use it it drains faster and with ionic blink you drain a lot of energy. So your argument is invalid the HoS is the longest super in the game with 25 and with your subspots it makes lost longer. So in conclusion your cry for nerf on warlocks is pointless we are least played class and least played subclasses. Look at the recent graphs bungie set out its hunters and titans ruling crucible.                   • Storm caller isn't even broken dude. They can be killed extremely easily, I've killed more storm callers than sun breakers. Personally I laugh when I see a storm caller in a trials match, because you have to get close to them for it to matter. The only Hong that could possibly use changing is maybe a little less time. But I think it's in a pretty good place as a PvE subclass.

                  • It's called Transcendence nerd. If they cut the duration in half Non-transcendence Stormtrance would last about 5 seconds. So you have not the slightest clue what you are talking about.
