Do you PVP.....bruh
I see a lot of PVE only players out there. IMO this game truly performs at it's best when you play both and enjoy both. Some people rage, others aren't good and some just don't think it's fun. Destiny is a great game with tons of content if you play both....so guardians......do you PVP?

7 RepliesI've been playing FPS MP games for about a decade now. I've played franchises like Call of Duty, Battlefield, Halo, Counterstrike, Medal of Honor, Fear, Gears of War and a few others. With all that said, I think Destiny's PVP is the worst I've ever played and that list includes CoD3, which only took 8 months to develop. The game has some pretty ridiculous connection issues, a god awful reward system, zero weapon balance, far too many unavoidable deaths and there constantly seems to be one super glitch going on at all times. In my humble opinion, the best PVP games get the following thing right: 99/100 deaths happen because a player made a mistake or got outplayed. Destiny gets that horribly wrong. It is commonplace to die an unavoidable death in Destiny. Therefore, I only play the daily when I need the marks.

I enjoy it. Feel familiar coming from starting console FPS with original halo game as a teenager. I like the pace of the game good movement speeds and doesn't feel like 1 shot to the toes will kill me, like I can actually out strafe someone who shoots at me sometimes if my aim is better then there's. The lag well that is an issue but I find I'm happier playing knowing a) standard crucible doesn't mean anything win or lose you gain nothing. And b)come to accept it happens occasionally so meh. Best way to enjoy crucible not care about the bullshit or whether you win or not and just enjoy the experience and gunplay

Tfw all of us that complained about Y1 PvP just want to take it all back. Just felt like a better expierience.

The lag annoys me to the point I do not want to play anymore, reacting to a situation and dying in cover because my hit box lagging behind me or whatever the reson Is fudging annoying. I've had some fun games and have enjoyed PvP from time to time but after a few games I'm done.

6 RepliesThe only reason for me to go into a PvP match was for sword kills. That's it. I hated every damn second of it. I'm not a PvPer and will never set foot in there again unless another stupid quest forces me for an upgrade.

I agree...I play both and really just for fun. Sure I like to get new weapons and stuff but I think grinding is pointless in this game...in the end their isn't any worthy payoff. So I just play what I want when I want just for fun...makes every moment worthwhile.
