Does anyone even like the new hunter subclass?
IMO it sucks. No splash damage, just one shot.... I thought you'd get at least 3 like golden gun or something but it's horrible compared to arc blade or golden gun smh

As for the super, are you mad? With the right setup you can not only wipe out entire waves of enemies by sharing the damage from one to all of them, but you can generate infinite orbs while doing so. Not to mention that any enemy affected by the tether will take precision damage, even if you're shooting them in the foot. Couple that with a Stormcaller or Sunbreaker and you've got a boss melting machine right there. Not to mention the fact that it stops all the Taken abilities (and enemy abilities in general) that are annoying as hell (Fallen Captain blinding, Goblin immune shield, Knight burning etc.) Also Nightstalker is brilliant in the Crucible, albeit more for objective game modes (Rift especially) I wiped out the entire enemy team with nothing more than one arrow shot and shared the damage from one to the others with my new friend Hawkmoon. Sorry, but it sounds like you don't know how to use it right...

Use quiver. Shoot all 3 at a boss. The damage increase is real.

I kinda prefer it over those two, you know Nightstalker isn't about getting kills, if you want that use something else, it's all about a setup and being supportive.

I play the most part of my game in a fireteam even on the new content story missions I have played them with a clan member. Couple the nightstalker with the storm caller super and it's a amazing orb creating method. Plus shadow shot slows enemies for a easy revive if surrounded and overwhelmed. Personally as a support class I'm loving it and can't wait to finish my last few upgrades for it. Just my opinion however

My best friend is soley a hunter and he loves it. He is a team player and we run together all the time and he produces A LOT of orbs. It is more of a supportive class and it very useful for a fireteam.

Lmao. You realize it's not supposed to be compared to Golden gun [u]or[/u] arc blade, right? It's a [b][i]support[/i][/b] subclass, which means it's mostly for PVE and helping your team in general. The fact that it can [u]shut down supers[/u] in crucible is OP as hell, and crucial for every competitive game mode. Every one of you plebby hunters complaining that it doesn't stand up to your old supers are retarded. It's not [i]supposed to[/i]. Good luck in year two gentleman. [spoiler]You'll need it.[/spoiler]

2 RepliesI don't know if you guys who keep posting these can even read. Seriously, it's beginning to scare me. The first node you unlock under it states that enemies that you tether share damage and explode upon kill... I mean what does splash damage translate to in your vocabulary?

4 RepliesYou obviously aren't using it correctly. When used right it makes it RAIN orbs. Combined with the flame Mjolnir from a Titan you can decimate enemies and damn near make a endless supply of orbs.
