Let's talk supers first:
Blade dancer: find your kills
Gunslingers: find your kills
Voidwalker: aim your Nova bomb
Sunsinger: find your kills/not even that special for more than fireborn and grenade spam
Striker: get scared when someone turns the corner and panic pressing your LB/RB or R1/L1.
Defender: get 3 more of yourself then find 2 hunters that are willing to carry you so you can see a win.
See that with the supers? Hunters find their kills. Warlocks find their kills. Titans? Titans just panic when they see another player and get cheap ass kills.
Ok let's talk about melee abilities:
Hunter: gunslinger gets a throwing knife that can't 1 shot. Blade dancers get a slightly extended melee that you only score a 1 shot if they hit from behind.
Warlocks: only time you 1 shot anything from full shields is if you're in radiance.
Titans: I've watched the striker punch 1 shot someone from full shields and health. Defenders suck without hunters and golden gun isn't a titan melee so their melee is irrelevant.
Oh and let's just bring up you have 2 exotics that make your fist of panic even more obnoxious. Helm of inmost light lets you take DFA and Aftermath. Eternal warrior lets you have shoulder charge and unstoppable.
Can't wait to see how you titans try and defend yourselves.
-
You don't even have a titan to even make these obnoxious assumptions. They are just YOUR assumptions, and very stupid ones at that.

Cry me a river cuz your a baby back bitch

Edited by Destiny89: 6/2/2015 10:58:47 AMLOL you just explained that Titans are hardest class to use and the most skill required class in the game! with the hunter you can easily get 3 kills per super whether its golden gun or bladedancer and the warlocks super void especially thats also an easy way to target multiple targets and bam over 2 or 3 kills... NOW Titans are in my opinion the hardest class to control because you can easily waste your super if you dont pay attention and its usually wasted on ONE target! the Titans super unlike the hunters and warlocks cannot be done from half of the map, it needs dedication and for you to be as close as possible to the enemy for the super to take effect! Defender Titan? LOL you cant even get kills with the bubble its more of a team player class unlike again the warlocks and hunters which BOTH have TWO subclasses that can get kills the Defender Titans simply cannot get kills with the bubble unless a stupid player gets in, gets blind and you can easily shotgun or melee but the bubble can also be easily destroyed with a bladedancer or golden gun or even a void walker.... Titans are the class imo that require the most skill
-
lol, you're entitled to your opinion I guess. But failing to keep an open mind of the pros and cons for each class is childish. I use all three classes and enjoy different aspects of each. Sorry Titans have impacted your life in such a terrible fashion, there is help out there.
-
So the OP explains why the Titan is one of the harder classes to use, which has less opportunities for easy killing and uses that explanation as the underpinning of an argument that less opportunities to kill = easier to play... Yep, that's about the right level of thinking for b.net
-
i dont panic super with my titan striker i come in unexpected drop a fist of havoc while people try to capture a flag lol

19 Replies"Titans are Easy Mode." Yeah, okay. If you won't listen to Titans defend themselves, then maybe you'll listen to a fellow Hunter. Ward of Dawn is, arguably, the least useful Super in Crucible. It is completely stationary and does little to aid the team. HOWEVER, I have seen many Titans put it to GREAT use. Sure, it can drop a few Orbs to build Supers, but it can do much more than that. It is great for capping a point in Control, or for saving a teammate's life in Trials of Osiris. Helm of Saint-14 pairs great with this. Now, the main problem that I pointed out earlier is that it's STATIONARY. Once you put it down, it's not going anywhere. There is a tactical side to the Defender sub-class. If you place it in the wrong spot, it could be easily wasted. But if put in the just right spot, then it will heavily aid the team. Fist of Havoc is an interesting one, and is hardly "easy mode". Yes, I will agree that there are Titans that use it in a time of panic, but there are people like that in EVERY class. Hunters that turn a corner, just to shank you with Arc Blade when you follow. Warlocks that self-res in Trials of Osiris after you think you've won (seriously, -blam!- those guys). However, Fist of Havoc generally can only get one or two kills per use. This Super also only lasts an instant (unless you use Aftermath, which is still easy to avoid) and is not ranged. Even with Shockwave, the range isn't great, unlike Golden Gun or Nova Bomb. However, if used at the right time, Fist of Havoc can completely deny the enemy team's Heavy Ammo, end a Super that would have wiped the team in Trials of Osiris, or clear a room. Oh, and about the Titan Exotics. There are some great Titan Exotics, but are nowhere near obnoxious. Have you taken a look at the Warlock Exotics for House of Wolves? Therefore, I submit to you, that Titans are NOT "easy mode". I agree there are people who abuse their abilities to an extreme extent, but like I said, that occurs in every class, not just Titans. Titans are a valuable asset and require more skill than a Hunter could ever hope to imagine. Again, this all comes from a Hunter. I once thought the exact same thing as you. Then, I created a Titan so I could "easy mode" Crucible. I was so wrong. I went back to my Hunter, crying. I want to salute and thank every Titan out there. And also, -blam!- you, Warlocks.
-
Titans only get 1 kill if they panic super while you blade dancers and gunslingers can run around the entire map with your super while we're constricted to one tiny little area, and defender sucks it loses to any super in the game.

2 Hunters and 1 Warlock..
Biased
Before I read I went and looked at your characters to see 2 hunters... Thats all the information I needed

Edited by Boom TJ: 6/2/2015 5:10:02 AMSomebody's angry. First off, its a super. Its supposed to be insanely good and hard to counter. All supers are lol defender isn't even that big of a problem. Just don't go near the bubble unless you have your super. Melees: Are you kidding me? Titans have the weakest melees for PvP. Warlocks get an extra shield/full life from their melees, and the range on that is more than most shotguns. Blink strike is one hit capable. And it has crazy lunge on it. Titans are not the easy mode class. If anything, warlocks are. The range on melees, spawn with 2 grenades, have armor that gives you infinite grenades from spawn, and almost all warlock grenades are in the top five for best grenades in the game. Fusion grenade, axion bolt and firebolt. The lightning grenade and trip mine are crazy good, but can back fire very easily depending on where/how it lands. Shoulder charge isn't as awesome as people think. Takes about 4-6 seconds to charge and lasts about 5 seconds. The other classes supers have range and an insane amount of duration that they can single handily wipe an entire team off the start of a round. Any decently skilled player who uses a titan should know when to use your supers, especially fist of havoc. Its biggest strength is a neutralizer. See self rez? Titan smash. See bubble? Titan smash. See a hunter do any animation whatsoever? Titan smash. No class is any more over powered than the other two in most areas. Anybody who thinks other wise is just ranting and blaming whichever class killed them last. Titans actually would be the weakest in PvP based off super duration and effectiveness alone. Warlock melees and grenades out do the other classes, self rez can completely change a round in trials if timed right, and the hunters supers clear the round single handily. Your post just seemed to be very frustration birthed and very narrow minded. Also, no blink and there's only one single player in the top 30 of PvP players in destiny who use a titan. Anybody who reads this post should.go ahead and consider OP the exact same as a small child who was denied a toy when his mom took him grocery shopping with her. Cheer up bud and calm down.

Lol can't even break 2.0 with a hunter in any playlist
-
Tell that to the titans in te ToO.
Blade dancer: find your kills Gunslingers: find your kills
Bladedancer: find your kills.... WHILE getting a huge mobility boost (the dash) that can be combined with blink or invisibility, WHILE nejoying a huge damage reduction that, in opposition to a Striker, stays up during the whole super and not a split second, and in opposition to a Defender, still lets you move AND retain offensive capabilities. Oh, and with hungering blade you can regenerate health and shields per kill. Oh, and f**k aiming: the dash has a 90º autotarget, allowing you to follow people IN MID-AIR. Gunslinger: find your kills...being able to kill people literally from the other side of the map.. Call me when a Titan can do that. Both of those can take out 3/4 people with relative ease. Meanwhile it is extremely hard for a Titan to do that because, with the Striker, you need the luck that a) 3 or more guys are in one place and b) they won´t take you out before you reach them. With a Defender, you need the luck that a) they will be brave/dumb enough to come and dance inside your bubble and b) all 3 of them don´t come with shotguns (impossible nowadays) in which case you are toast. Last but not least: before talking smack about a class, test it and play it. Until then, you know nothing about "cheap-ass kills". Which is especially hilarious coming from someone who relies more on a shotgun than on his primary and, WHAT ARE THE ODDS, uses Thorn as primary.
-
Wow really a nova bomb can be a panic super also and a hunter can litetally wipe a whole team with ease. With a titan special the blast radius is kinda small unless there bunched up most of the time its one or two kills. I play all three and fist of havok is a hit or miss when it comes to killing more than one person most of the time. Bubble is good for hold points but a hunter can pop or clear a bubble easy and a locks nova can force you out of bubble or pop it. So im not sure where this post came from but its clearly incorrect. If you play trials titans specials a solely situational and require more skil to actually get close enoughto wipe a team. Where as a lock and hunter can easily wipe a team.
-
I had two warlocks and a Titan but they're too easy to use and made the game very boring I can only see it as a troll class Freaking out use a super immediately and be completely invincible just really boring Titans are by far the easiest class to use. Now I have 3 hunters!
-
You got a hunter, a warlock and a low lvl hunter. GTFOuta here you silly bi+ch
-
I have probably punched your ass into molecules a hundred times lmao cry baby cryyyyy
-
>OP has two Hunters and a Warlock >LMFAO
-
1 ReplyI think my cry havoc medals cancel out this "fist of panic"
-
Did u just say the -blam!-ing Titan melee is better than warlock. I'm sorry but your -blam!-ing retarded. You literally have to be mental to lose a melee fight with scorch shield, and with the extra range. Radiance is a huge ass crutch in trials. Foh has its limitations for example a golden gun can shoot across map, across the damn map. Arc blade with razors edge is pretty much multiple shockwaves from foh. Axion bolts and fusion grenades are complete bullshit.
-
Titans are by far the hardest to use in PVP. Their melees are the worst and as OP as you make FoH sound it really isn't. You have to get close to the enemy to kill them with it, and the amount of kills you can get with it are very limited. Trying to kill more than 2 enemies with FoH is very risky because they can easily shotgun you before you have time to activate your super (unlike nova bomb which can be shot at a distance) Also WoD is the worst PVP super I can't believe you're even complaining about that one. Literally any other super beats WoD
-
So much butthurt that now my butt hurts
-
1 ReplyI literally just made a compilation of FoHs... none of which are panics.
-
You forgot the stupid lightning and pulse grenades
-
Hahahaha. The butthurt is strong in this one.
