Why are all of you so mad?
First people complain about xur never selling the good stuff but as soon as he does, you get even worse. People claiming they "earned" theirs, people thinking they're entitled to it. Xur is more earning than your rng drops. So why are you so mad? Personally, I'm glad he's selling something different. It's a nice break from the icebreaker and no land beyond

Neither Xur nor Nightfalls/raids are earning. Exotic bounties, IB gear, and other vender gear are the only things that are earned.

Not only is this the internet, but this is also a forum for a first person shooter. People are basically pissed off by default. You can give everyone what they want and they will still find something to rage over. It seems like it's the only emotion most people here feel anymore....

1 ReplySome people want to feel special for there RNG drops, and Xur kills that Illusion for them I think it's comical, I already got a Ghorn from nightfall, but Ghorn Xur day would be freaking awesome, not only because I could buy 2 more, but I would get to witness the chaos on here.

Yeah, I think the best way to enjoy the game is to stay clear of the forums. If you do not know how many people hate basically everything (different people hate different things) it might be easier on your mind. But I have a chronic need to put my opinion everywhere so unfortunately I can not follow my own advice. And posting this here is probably a bit too late. Hahahahaha.

I hate nerfs, especially exotic nerfs! It's annoying to waste time doing a raid/bounty for the weapon you've always wanted just for it to get nerfed because people complain about it being overpowered, if the real reason that they want a nerf is because they aren't as proficient with the weapon as most people are. It also annoys me when people ask for nerfs when they've never used the weapon that they are complaining about!

i think it just has to do with the game not coming through. 98% was chopped out and dished out for 60$. then a month later 15$ for the DLC. a total of 75$ plus gold membership. all for a game that's based on gaining higher level gear, no-tradable with other players, just to look exactly the same as the guardian next to you. with a very poor way of commuication for an MMO. only to repeat the cycle unitl the next DLC witch will now inevitably be dissapointing with the writer.designer, and music producer leaving for something more adventurous.
