I see lots of people complaining about xur not selling icebreaker or Gjallahorn .... Well if you're smug like me , then you don't deserve it anyway cause you haven't been playing since day one lol!
Xur sold icebreaker and gjallahorn aaaaaaaages ago! Ha!
Edit: Gjallahorn was sold but hard to get by grind unless you took advantage of the strange coins xur had for sale for glimmer lol , but bungie took that down. But Ice breaker was a week three weapon by which time any player of destiny could of got together 17 strange coins,
There's was no luck involved .... Just pure dedication and awareness , my fellow traditional icebreaker purchases we are now few and far between! Diluted by all these muggles

ogm i iz not veteran because i don't have an RNG weapon. oh what will they think of me?! Seriously, dude. My friends always get my IceBreaker and Thunderlord from either the Vault of Glass, or the NF. RNG hates me, and just gives me shards and energy from the NF/VoG

During the first week I had about 15 coins which I used to buy exotic gear for my hunter

I had an icebreaker until one day it vanished from my vault. I didn't write bungie or anything because I was told they don't do restores. That kind of sucked but not a big deal really.

Had it since day 1 too but my job was crazy that week he sold it and I didn't have the coin to buy it. Still consider myself a Destiny vet just fine.

I think mine dropped in a crucible match. I'm sure I was bottom :-) I'm not usually one for Sniper rifles, but damn I like this weapon. Hang back slightly, and off you go.

I've been playing from day one and have not got it through RNG? Never bought ot of Xur. Got Monte carlo today from a purple engram do, so its all good :)

I got one from the raid and on top of that bought one from Xur. I wish I had a third one for my third lvl30 so they wouldn't have to argue over that damn thing all the time ;)

it's RNG dude. there are plenty of people without an ice Breaker who are just as good at this game as you are, maybe better. keep the Elitism, we don't need it here.
