I’m chewy nice to meet you. The reason why I write this is because a friend of mine (MasterSolosb) hasn’t been able to play final shape at all. The one thing to note is he bought the final shape has money taken out of his account his Xbox as well says he own it but the servers don’t, the game says he still needs to buy it. I thought since not only is the required content not there, and the only thing singling out in difference, I would ask if there was a way to add that to Microsoft store or change this issue.
Again his ID is MasterSolosb, he plays on Xbox same as I and his downloads own the final shape as well. The final shape required content thing isn’t available in the annual pass bundle but in the regular version.
I understand he should be the one to communicate with bungie about this but he doesn’t “know how” and he won’t get, I know him personally but who knows.

3 RepliesYup this happened to a friend of mine, as we were both coming back and gonna play together. We both preordered on Xbox but at launch serverside said he didn’t own it which is funny cause he has all the preorder stuff , tesslation etc. unfortunately he won’t be reporting it as he said he was going to get a refund and I haven’t seen him in game since, says he is done. Not sure who or why it happened but it did. Damn sorry to see it happened to your friend as well that sucks I hope it gets corrected soon.
