Eris Morn is Alive.
According to the SoH ghost shell, he saw a woman with black tears. He saw her when trying to find ya after we fell off of Ghaul’s ship. I think there is only one women in destiny with black tears. Eris Morn.

Yes, Eris Morn is alive. You're right on that front. But the ghost shell you're referring to does not confirm this. That ghost shell is describing the ghost's mind after the Light is taken away. He is having visions of our past deeds. Of our accomplishments. He recalls us finding our ship in the first mission of Destiny [quote]He drifted in and out of… something, and saw a ship hanging from guidewires in a Cosmodrome warehouse. [/quote] He recalls the Black Garden [quote]Fields of flowers amid alien canals, stretching to the horizon.[/quote] He recalls Eris Morn [quote]A masked woman with black tears streaming down her face.[/quote] He recalls SIVA [quote]Red braids of nanotechnology around the throats of angry scavengers.[/quote] The Lore-tab is ultimately about the Ghost wandering the streets of the City, Lightless. Deliriously dreaming of us, the Guardian.

3 RepliesI hope so, her and that random guardian on the moon from Destiny 1 are my two big questions i want to see answered. I love that we are dealing with lore and the previous generation of guardians, but.... Who was that Exo? Where is Eris Morn?

Of course she is alive. At will be one of the contact npc for a future DLC. Remember we have yet to face savathun and those big ass triangle things beyond the system. Next DLC is the reef. After that the only thing that's i left is the drednought (how ever it's spelled) and those big triangle stop thinks beyond the system.

3 RepliesWell of course she's alive , an age of triumph grimore card released had her visiting an old friend who was injured and unconscious and telling him that she would miss him and that she was going to be leaving for awhile , wouldn't be able to say goodbye when he woke up , and that she would not return until she found out how to destroy the hive for good . Plus there is a lore tab entry from some weapon or armor found on Io (can't remember what it was exactly) that states a message from Asher Mirr to Eris stating that he has no idea who Nokris is either...

Oh and one of the Black Hammer's ornaments is the weapon sealed by none other than Eris Morn herself! It's got her symbol on the seal and everything. Hard to seal a worm god when you're dead. Better lore would be to mention that, back in D1 at the end of the Oryx story DLC, Eris refers to Mara Sov as her queen and questions the wisdom of some mysterious plan Sov has in motion. The doubt seems to come from giving us Oryx in sword form (the sword hilt we get at the end of the story). I suspect Eris has a little more respect for our way above standard Guardian abilities than Sov or Crow. Leading to her being unsure that putting us into the plan, whatever it is, will not end well for Sov. Also I'm super glad that Toland is back in a somewhat disembodied form I guess. Unless you meet him proper in the ascendant realm. I always had way more interest in him than in Osiris. Toland "The Shattered" is the one that tells us to question who's pulling our strings. He also gave us weapons and actual un-biased help and advice from the shadows back in D1.
