Definitely. And I've even spent a couple hundred on silver in addition to purchasing the DLCs. Still worth it.

Base game, yes. In retrospect, the expansions were overpriced. I regret nothing. It was fun while it lasted.

Ive bought it for two consoles and dont regret spending a dime. I get pretty frustrated and take breaks often, but its hands down one of the best games Ive played in recent years.

I'm losing interest, and I never think of the money I put into the game. I think it's fun, and that the hours here does not equate the amount of fun, I would say I've had as much fun as going to 70 movies.

Oh my current characters I've got well over 40 days played, and a deleted character that had another 15. So yes for around 200$ I feel like 55 days of gaming over a 2 year span has been a great investment. Grinding strikes with friends kept me from spending money at the bar or on fleeting wants.

Many, many times over. Old friends, new friends, my wife plays it with me, and if it holds out long enough, my daughter will, too. I can play every day, even if just by myself, to blow off steam, and every day I'm accomplishing something. I hardly ever get frustrated with it, either. I've probably gotten more worth out of Destiny than any other game.

Yep. Bought TTK Legendary Edition during the last Black Friday sale at Gamestop. Definitely worth the coins. If I had known it was this good, I would have bought it sooner and at full price.

1 ReplyAbsolutely – 160 bucks puts me at about $.10 per hour of game time. You can say anything you want about the game's flaws and missing features and repetitiveness, or BungieVision's greed, but by any metric it has been a better value than any game I've ever played.
