I think I remember them saying it uses both to find good opponents. Even if not, basing it on glory could count as SBMM since it roughly reflects a player's skill.

Even if not, basing it on glory could count as SBMM since it roughly reflects a player's skill.[/quote] I think to a degree it does, but it bases it on highest glory level in team - so if you go in as a stack, and your mate is at 3000 but you are at 500, may God be on your side and help you HaHa Think problem wi Glory Based is beginning o a season where everyone is at your rank level, but that soon changes and it becomes a bit mare level playing field.... to a degree HaHa

Yeah, I've speculated that that's the reason why it's not entirely glory based. It needs something at the beginning of a season to make matches even.

It needs something at the beginning of a season to make matches even.[/quote] Definitely there needs t b something but to be honest, I recommend to everyone that may not be good at Crucible to leave comp for first couple weeks as it’s usually settled by then. Obviously you will at some point be matched to really good players but it’s not match after match.
