PVP maps
Can it be dictated what map the pvp game will be soon the as we are landing. I like to change my loadout based on the map. Its hard to adjust sometimes with how often we get kicked out of our menus as the game is loading once we land. Maybe have it shown during the flight in.
Its also a major disadvantage as well when you are dropped into a game already in play. Some maps play better with differing load-outs.

1 ReplyIn vault, kicked out before grabbing weapon, in vault grab weapon, go to equip and put back in vault... in vault, kicked out vault... Every game you want to try something new on a specific map that you load into.

There is actually a really cool app that can do this for you! It’s called Crucible Intel and you can get it on the iOS App Store and also on the Android store too I think. If you refresh the app as you are loading in to a game it will tell you what map you will be on, with plenty of time to change your loadout. It also shows a nice post game carnage report where you can see how many eliminations you got with each weapon / ability etc. It’s really good, I would definitely recommend it! I think the game plays best when players is a "balanced" and not a "hyper specialized" loadout. I like that players don't have time to really customize their build to the map. It encourages players to use both a long range and a close range option. I cannot stand it when players only use one or the other, and a lot of the most annoying builds in the game are hyper-specialized.

Agree, it would be really nice for them to show us the map at the beginning, it surely can't be that hard to do and it would be a nice QoL change.
