Shattered throne and Pit of heresy.
With the update to both the Raid and Dungeon loot coming up, these two dungeons will just stand out more for not having a dedicated loot attached to them. Sure sure Pit does have the Premonition, but that is it.
Because both of them doesn't have their own loot, there is really no reason to play them. You might just do it to get the Exotic from the quests, but that is about it.

4 RepliesThese are the only Dungeons I "mastered" ever, really like 'em. The rest I either did only once or twice or never ever. Same like majority of Raids. Anyway. I don't bother about loot anymore.

1 ReplyPit is one of my favorite Dungeons. Feels like LOTR and you're sneaking around in Mordor. Would love a reason to revisit it, given my enthusiasm for the Dungeon.

2 RepliesBungie could give the original crota's end armour set to pit of heresy, just recolored, and the taken armour set from D1 to shattered throne, if they didn't want to design new armour.

Edited by vphokie: 5/1/2026 10:04:09 PMPresumably we will get tiered versions of weapons from the dreaming city and moon. So they do kinda have a loot pool. And if Bungie is smart, they’d find the dungeons with less desirable weapons and give them more desirable armor sets.

1 ReplyI disagree completely. If there is any noticeable buff to primary weapons, those two places will the most options and the easiest first 2 rooms to farm from. Although they don't have different loot from their destinations of the Moon and Dreaming City, they do still have their own loot. Also they will have armor sets. Who knows if they will be any good, but they are the first 2 places I intend to go.
