Blight ranger symmetry interactions
Blight Ranger isn’t giving symmetry exotic arc scout rifle the 4x weapons surge buff after activation. It actually makes the weapon deal less damage then normal just by equipping blight Ranger, 15% debuff to damage for equipping. When activation of perk starts only a 10% buff to damage. Foetracer exotic helmet works fine, normal damage without out perk activation and has its 4x surge when activated.
