I get that the name begets an image of "I can't break the rules because there are no rules to break" but yes, there are in fact rules here. Call it a "code," a sort of "honor amongst thieves" if you will, but there are some simple "rules" for everyone loading into this game mode. Don't worry, "renegades," I only have two of them. Rule Number One: DO NOT load into a run if you're not going to PLAY. I just wasted THIRTY FREAKIN' MINUTES having to do an entire run SOLO because one of my blueberries was just standing around in the hanger spanking his monkey. And WHY did I have to run it solo? Rule Number Two: If YOU see an AFK a-hole sitting in the hanger bay not doing a damn thing, that means the OTHER player on this THREE-PERSON matchmade fireteam is out there DOING THE FREAKIN' WORK all on their own! DO NOT just stand around spamming your damned emotes at the AFK loser while making ONE PLAYER have to do ALL the work. DO NOT just drop out of the game and make that player have to wait around for another blueberry to be dropped in (who will probably do the same thing you just did). Just report the AFK jerk-off and GET YOUR -blam!- ON THE MOTHER -blam!- SHIP! At that point the one doing all the work no longer cares if the AFK a-hole "gets free loot." They just want to finish the damn run, get THEIR loot, report the a-hole, and move on to the next thing. It blows my mind that with as long as this game (and online gaming as a whole) has been around this simple freakin' courtesy still needs to be explained to people.
