OH MY GOD! NO WAY!
I finally got it!! Yes!!! Giggityhorn is mine! Since I couldn't record my reaction at the time, I have carefully scripted it for you: My reaction to finally receiving this beast of a weapon went something like:

My Gjallarhorn currently sits on my Lv25 Titan (along with my Helm of Saint-14. Ain't he a spoiled young bastard?)

I finally got Gjallarhorn last week. I'm busy leveling up other weapons at the moment so I haven't had a chance to use it.

BIG CONGRATULATIONS on killing the vile foe Phogoth! He is certainly a difficult boss and many characters will never know the joy of victory or how it feels to have vanquished such a creature. I hope you took a screenshot to post on your clan's website. Progression, baby! I must warn you, though. Nexus Sekrion is no joke. You better have plenty of ammo for your Ice Breaker. He won't go down as fast as Phogoth did.
