THE TWO BEST SNIPERS.
1. Efrideet's Spear. Reforged.
2. Efrideet's Spear.
Update: I'll keep it short.
The Spear has the same impact as the Black Hammer, but the latter only has a specific set of perks and only comes in Solar Burn, where as the Spear can be reforged to your heart's content. Useful in both PvP and PvE.

I got an LDR 5001 with rodeo, armor piercing rounds, and firefly. It's pretty damn good for a PvP sniper. I have yet to get Efrideets Spear but I bet it's insanely good.

2 RepliesI bought 3 Spears and reforged them until I had one of each element type. They all ended up with pretty solid perk rolls. Not amazing, but I'm set on Sniper rifles until the next DLC comes out (or I finally get Ice Breaker).

I rolled mine with void, spray n play, field scout and final round.... It's a 6 shot beast!

3 RepliesI rolled trying to get field scout. The perks I got with it were final round deals more damage and spray and play.. faster reload when empty. Now I don't even use field scout because the damage final round does with a barely there reload is monstrous. I personally cannot think of a better roll. It's on my 31 Hunter.

I love my spear. I rolled void and field scout. It one shot kills the boomers at Crotas. (7,500+ critical hit). It is my go to sniper when not using Ice Breaker.

Got it, tried to reforge it to void with field scout. Failed miserably for 26 rerolls til I ran out of motes.
