As soon as you come of age you realise how ridiculous it was to be so shy with girls. We're here to enjoy life and it's just so stupid to miss a real opportunity. Seriously, not to offend you or anything but just straighten up, go to this girl and tell her how you feel, you would regret it so much more if you lost the opportunity than if you at least said how you feel

No problem. Trust me you will look back and either deeply regret that you didn't take the opportunity, or be so happy that you did and take that as a life lesson.
