EXPANSION PASS REMOVED BY BUNGIE CLOWNS
During the DDOS attack on the 24th of Dec. BUNGIE decided to take it upon themselves to REMOVE/STEAL My Expansion Pass and My Licence for it. All my DLC Content is Locked. I can't even by the No Land Beyond from Xur because it says I don't possess TDB DLC.
I have the receipt and an appointment with my Lawyer Monday morning.
I've posted in the Help Section but of course the Bungie clowns are digging into each others asses on Brokeback Mountain.
Can't wait till Monday. At the bare minimum I hope to get physical locations of the Homes and Offices of some of Bungie employees.
EDIT 1... I'm on PS4.
EDIT 2... Already went against my better judgment and tried all the Restore/Redownload/Reboot and half a dozen other RE's that haven't worked.

Bungie or Activision dont OWE you anything. Honestly. They could have just said, "Oh the servers are down? -blam!- it, we already got their money." YOU paid for their product. YOU probably blindly accepted all of their terms of service agreements. YOU paid for a non-essential DLC pack for the game. And finally, they didnt purposefully cause their servers to -blam!- themselves and erase your license for the DLC. So if you do follow through with a lawyer, just know that they have better lawyers than the Saul Goodman you probably hired.

Doesn't sound right. Well bad news is the EULA you accepted to play the game stats at anytime they have every right to take content from you without your consent. Terms and conditions you accepted to play on their servers. Your $60+ dollars only bought you a pass to play, not ownership on the game.

No offense. You have the right to do whatever you want. But the expansion pass is $35 with tax. Your lawyer will be over $100 just for that first meeting. There aren't punitive damages in cases like this. I know you are mad. But please take a breath and be rational.
