I think his lowest cost item was 23 strange coins and he had an exotic chest piece engram for 13 motes of light. I may be wrong though so feel free to correct me

it was actually 13 strange coins for exotic armor / 23 strange coins for exotic primary weapon and 23 motes of light for exotic chest piece engram!

U can buy an armour piece for 13 or an exotic heavy (rocket launcher) for 17
