Depends what the collector's edition is like.
-
Hard copy looks nice on my shelf
-
2 RepliesI usually like the physical product but destiny will be my first to buy digital. 1. I won't be trading it in 2. I will pre load and play at 12:01am release day 3. No loading disc or disc noises Digital releases SHOULD NOT be the same price as physical though.
-
Good old hard copy
-
Digital just because I hate having to swap discs around and everything is available soon as it's released. Don't have to wait for it to come in post
-
I pre-ordered mine online so when I get home from school it will be waiting in my mailbox for me to play the shit out of it.
-
2 RepliesHard copy all the way! I love to see my games stacked on the shelf, it also gives the best view on what games I have if ever I want to play something different.
-
Either way you have to download it on to your console

1 ReplyEdited by GreyHuntsman: 6/28/2014 7:29:17 PMI'm torn. Love digital. Set it up to dl while I'm at work. Patches it and I'm good to go by the time the kids are in bed. Problem is I'm a sucker for the collectors editions with the art books and statues that my wife mocks me on because I have no place to really put them....Though I love my Vault boy bobble head.

4 RepliesDigital because I will never get rid of this game and I don't like traveling with a bunch of cases and my Xbox one in the airport.
-
This all depends on wether or not there will be a limited edition with physical collectibles. This also depends on your individual scenario and wether or not you live near a retailer...
-
I prefer holding games that I cherish. So hard copy for me.
-
3 RepliesPhysical. Was going to get the ps4 bundle but now there's a hint at a collectors edition so I'll have to wait to see which one I'll get. I guess I'll know by July 7th.
-
1 ReplyI did both
-
1 ReplyYeah hardcopy Because when I get a game I want to play it right away not wait 2 hours for it to download
-
Depends if u don't care about having the hard case then get the digital copy but I prefer going 2 GameStop purchasing my game while I'm driving constantly staring at the front in back of the case till I get 2 da crib open it up carefully and by carefully I fucc that plastic up and play my game constantly looking at the back during the first few loading screens

10 RepliesI really wanted to go digital this generation, but I don't like to get rid of my games. With my PS3 I didn't worry about it so much because I dropped a 1TB hard drive and kept downloading games. It wasn't such a big deal because I've never downloaded a game that exceeded 20Gbs. Now, with the PS4, full release games are 20Gbs or more. That hard drive space is going to fill up fast for me. I'm going hard copy unless I get some extra cash to spend on a SSD that's bigger than the stock 500Gb hard drive.

Edited by MadHaze: 6/30/2014 7:14:41 AMI just wanna look at the case and hold it in my hands . Is that weird ?
-
If you got kids like me go digital otherwise it doesn't matter, especially if you are going to upgrade your hard drive.
-
Hard copy. Always get a hard copy if it's a blockbuster game.
-
My copy's gonna be harder than rock!
-
1 ReplyHard Copy for me, I'm kind of old fashion that way...
-
-
Well without being able to connect and external hard drive I will stick to hard copies mostly. I have already half way full and that's mostly free to play games and indies.
-
I went hard copy just because im sure with add ons it will be around a 50 gig download for the digital version i base that off of dcuo witch is over 50 gigs of data now.
-
I'll be getting hard copy.
