Arms week cannot progress with any of my characters
I've been trying to play the arms week event and I am unable to progress, I've been playing on my main character (Warlock) and I've been able to reach step 6 on the Initial Calibration quest but I did not receive the volatile mod. I got irritated trying to figure out why I don't have the mod available so I decided to do the event on my 2nd character (hunter) and I am unable to accept the very first option at the start when I talk to Ada-1 in the shooting range, I don't know what to do any ideas?
