dead game. it has been since they announced no updates.

Not hating, I actually prefer d1 to d2, but that does not change the fact it is no longer a live service game, aka dead game. Bungie made it fairly clear at launch of d2 that d1 was done, no further updates beyond maintenance needed to keep it online.
