Zaouli's Bane (Harrowed) Not enhancing correctly

I enhanced my zaoulis bane on 6/8/2024 and since have leveled it and enhanced it to tier 3, 2nd column perk (one for all) has enhanced properly but the 1st column perk explosive payload is not enhancing as well as after enhancing to tier 3 the gold border is missing, Idk what to do to get my gun working properly and am wondering if I should just leave it be?

you need to lvl the gun to lvl 32 or something for it to get the gold border again.

They're aware. The issue happens on Pantheon triumph granted Zaoulis Banes. - There are other weapons with the same bug.
