Destiny 2 needs stacking buffs and debuff again. The Buff B***h shouldn't be a thing

A large part of why buff and debuff stacking got left behind in D2 is because they used to be so incredibly potent given that that the average buff/debuff used to be 50% up. Tractor Cannon, Well, Bubble, Stylish Execution, Melting Point, and Tether made it incredibly easy to get a near 400% damage buff overall. This isn't the case anymore though, ability Debuffs are becoming few and far between and many of the abilities I named either offer a fraction of the buff/debuff that they used to offer or in some cases were removed from the game altogether. A large reason people asked for a Well nerf was because the best setup for DPS is always single buff to debuff setup and Well/Div was the best combo for entirely too long in a game that thrived on meta shifting. It's not that Div and Well were too good, but instead that they were both the only of their kind with nothing else to speak of and that there was never a need to run anything else. In the current buff/debuff system there was nothing you could add to a Well and Divinity in a DPS scenario to get more damage and that extends to Tractor Cannon. This has led only to one thing and that is the creation of a lobby's Buff B*tch, an individual who takes on the full burden of supplying the buff, debuff and measure for survivability. In D1 this role fell onto the Titan, and for all of D2 it was the Warlock. I hate D2's Year 1 because of the forced 2 Primary setup, but once Year 2 hit I can't express enough how fun if was doing DPS while coordinating buffs because everyone was bringing something to the table for damage. Sometimes that oddly enough was reminiscent of the Class Warfare buff system. It's so boring just relying on a simple 1 buff and 1 debuff DPS system.
