No they literally came out and said that no expansions are being vaulted anymore. This includes both Shadowkeep and Beyond Light. It also includes anything associated with those as well. Dreaming City is most likely staying as well just because that has a Raid and Dungeon. Stuff like EDZ, Nessus, and Cosmdrome are also most likely safe as well. Dares is also not getting vaulted at all because it would make no sense to do that. That’s where they want to put the seasonal weapons into after every year. Any Dungeon or Raid will not be vaulted as well. They rolled back on vaulting do to them upgrading the engine which allowed them to do so.
Why would they remove Shadowkeep when that’s the beginning of the Light and Dark saga. Beyond Light went even more in-depth with it. Also Beyond Light is literally tied in with Stasis. They want people to enjoy and play the Light and Dark saga. Removing 2 key factors to that saga would be a terrible call and they know that. Only things that will continue to get vaulted are seasonal activities.

The beginning of the light n' dark saga was D1... 1st campaign mission. I'm not trying to get under your skin, these are just the facts. There's a few places that will probably be gone right at Lightfall. Not 100%, and the reason I didn't mention it is because I don't want to spoil it. And won't.... Witch Queen on... we're good. Before... Anything is possible. Sry that's what they said/committed to.

I’m not going to argue about this. They already said that Shadowkeep and Beyond Light aren’t getting vaulted. They never said that “anything beyond Witch Queen is safe”. They said that there will be no more expansion vaulting or things related to expansions. Only thing that will get vaulted are seasonal activities. Raids and Dungeons revolving around expansions will also not be vaulted. Dares will not be vaulted which they already said that. Only things that could potentially get vaulted are EDZ, Nessus, Cosmdrome, and Dreaming City. Dreaming City more than likely won’t get vaulted same with Cosmdrome. Mainly because those two areas still have a Dungeon and Raid attached to them. You’re not stating facts. You’re stating whatever you believe and passing them off as facts.

Here's an article for reference search, "‘Destiny 2’ Clarifies What It Does And Does Not Intend To Content Vault". by Paul Tassi At the end of the 22 lightfall showcase they stated that any expansion content starting with Witch Queen will remain in the game. The article references an interview w Joe (Blackburn) by PC Gamer trying to get exact specifics/commitments. Joe wouldn't give any assurances beyond what was stated at the end of the showcase. The truth is we don't know, and the reason is... it's attached to major story beats. Believe whatever you want. But you're wrong... There has been no direct guarantees or specifics beyond the ambiguous statement at the end of the Lightfall Showcase. If you have proof... or any citation that says otherwise I'd like to see it. Btw, what do you think is going to happen to the Edz and Cosmodrome when "Lightfalls"? 😉 Still no spoilers. Have fun. PS - Tassi believes as you do, I cited this specific article because again... I'm not trying to get under your skin, but there's no actual specifics or confirmations beyond expansion content beginning with the Witch Queen campaign.
