It’s a poorly designed mode. Eruption counter is too short and assists shouldn’t count as a “kill”. Team shooting has never been this ridiculous.

I just read you’re comments and realize you’re not even trolling so I’ll respond.. first of all. Your 1.0 kd in the new sbmm matchmaking so just forget about getting a 5.0 because trust me nobody in this game cares anymore about that kda stat. Not only that even in Iron banner your a 2.0 kd player without having sbmm there. So it’s good to say you should never have a 5.0 kda anyway. Not only that’s it’s a new gamemode and before running to bungie and complaining rember that thx god there experimenting with pvp. Because it’s dying out, and everything they can do spice it up and keep it fresh I welcome and so should you. The pvp in this game isn’t here so you can strive the new kda number each season it’s here for fun. And the kda number will relfect where you would belong somewhere on a skill list. And it’s easy this game has been here for about 7 years now. Your not wallah/panduh/zk/sayariu… the best players in this game are all ready know and stuffing that kda number won’t change that fact. If you honestly want to get better do why they did. Untill the just relax oke

Nothing is stopping you extending your eruption timer by getting more kills, unless of course you can’t 🤷🏼‍♂️
