To earn the emblem your movie has to be featured in the Movie of the Week section of the weekly TWaB. Was yours featured?

That is just the community page where you share your creation. To qualify for the emblem your video must be selected and featured in the weekly This Week at Bungie blog post.

If your video has already been accepted to the creations page, you do not need to re-submit it. You just would wait and see if it gets enough traction and/or one of the Community Managers choose it for Movie of the Week.
