I got restricted from matchmaking after continuous network issues from Bungie's side. Ever since their update the game has had huge connectivity issues. My netowork is set up exactly to their guide, and yes I'm using ethernet. Furthermore you shouldn't restrict players from matchmaking when this is clearly a Bungie issue across the board.
