FPS doesn't change no matter what.
Doesn't matter what I put the settings at, what I adjust in windows my FPS stays between 60-80. I am using a GeForce TRX 2080 SUPER i73770K 16GB of ram. I can run the game on 1080P or 4K and the FPS stays the same, turn settings all down or all up and nothing changes. I should easily be able to run this game at 120-140FPS at 1440p. Anyone have any ideas?
