Do you have any Background programs/Overlays active, that could potentially cripple the Framerate?
It's a common issue that Background Tools from manufacturers (ASUS, Logitech, Razer, MSI etc. etc.) negatively affecting the Stability

I did close all of my overlays. I also closed Xbox game at but no luck either. Typically they Include Discord, steam, blitz and Nvidia background app. Nothing else I can see if running.
