Yep. These days, I try and make stuff look good. Stone brick and spruce/dark oak is what I use most of the time. Another great combo is actually nether brick and acacia with some stone bricks thrown in. And yes, I’m one of those guys who uses logs as framework to make my houses look “cool.” Just goes to show that with a little work, you can turn a cube into something that looks half decent.
