The Steam account that is linked to your Bungie profile shares the same name as your profile name. However, that Steam account does not have a Steam Community profile page, which usually indicates a newly created account that has not be verified/used yet. As Steam allows for multiple accounts to be linked to the same email, it is possible to mistakenly create a new account, simply by inputting the incorrect login credentials. The account had to have been authenticated, in order to have been linked to your profile, and to activate cross-save. You will want to contact Steam support, and request their assistance with recovering the login credentials for this particular account: Bangah (ID: 76561199003632044) When contacting Steam support, [u]do not[/u] mention Destiny, Bungie, or cross-save; as doing so may cause their support staff to misunderstand what assistance is actually required. Simply explain to them that you have created an account, and forgotten the login credentials for that account, so you would like their help in recovering the login info. Once you have the login credentials, you can proceed with deactivating cross-save, and unlinking the account.
