Unfortunately that argument does not work. Most of this gear is going to be tied to multiple high-light level sources. If light level is set to be reset once again, or gradually increased overtime, I will likely be farming the dungeons that are directly tied to this loot. Pit of Heresy and Shattered throne are quick and easy sources of high tier loot. Also, saying "then don't farm them" blatantly blocks one section of the game. Most people are going to be forced to farm them for loot that wont be sunset for a full year.
